Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Rambel Energy Marketplace by buyers, sellers, and visitors.

This is a standard template written for the platform’s actual mechanics. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice — it must be reviewed and adapted with qualified counsel before production use.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the marketplace you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The marketplace role

Rambel Energy operates a venue that connects verified sellers with buyers. Except where a listing is sold directly through the platform, transactions are formed between buyer and seller. Verification reflects due diligence on a company's legal and documentation status — it is not a guarantee of product quality, performance, or transaction outcome.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Sellers must complete business verification (KYB) before transacting. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or present a risk to the platform or its users.

4. Quotations, orders, and payments

Requests for quotation, quotations, and orders follow the flows described in the platform. Where payments are processed on-platform, funds may be held until delivery is confirmed, after which seller balances are released net of platform commission.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not misrepresent products, circumvent verification, manipulate reviews, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.

6. Liability

The platform is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rambel Energy is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
