Seller Agreement
The terms that apply to verified sellers listing and transacting on the marketplace.
Last updated: July 2026
This is a standard template written for the platform’s actual mechanics. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice — it must be reviewed and adapted with qualified counsel before production use.
1. Verification and standing
Sellers must complete and maintain business verification. We may request additional documentation and may suspend selling privileges where verification lapses or standards are not met.
2. Listings and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of listings, specifications, certifications, pricing, and availability. Listings are subject to moderation and may be rejected or unpublished if they breach policy.
3. Quotations and orders
Quotations you submit are binding commercial offers within their stated validity. You must fulfil accepted orders according to the agreed terms, quantities, and timelines.
4. Commission and payouts
The platform charges commission on completed transactions. Payouts of your available balance are released after delivery is confirmed and any hold periods elapse, net of commission and applicable fees.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate selling privileges for policy violations, fraud, repeated disputes, or risk to buyers or the platform, subject to any funds and obligations being settled.
