Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: July 2026

This is a standard template written for the platform’s actual mechanics. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice — it must be reviewed and adapted with qualified counsel before production use.

1. Data we collect

Account and profile details, organization and verification documents, transaction and messaging records, and technical data such as device and log information necessary to operate the service securely.

2. How we use data

To provide the marketplace, verify companies, process quotations and orders, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

3. Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, on the basis of legitimate interests in operating a secure marketplace, and with consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies).

4. Sharing

Counterparties to a transaction receive the information needed to transact. We use processors (hosting, payments, email) under contract. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and legal requirements, and protect it with access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging.
